An add-on for Firefox and Flock to enhance Google and Yahoo! search engines.

When we speak about extensions for Firefox, we can find all kinds of things. That is why it isn't strange to find one to improve the results of the search engines. Google, Yahoo! Search and Bing suffer a very interesting face lift thanks to BetterSearch.

  With this Firefox extension, we will be able to preview each search result, we will see a small screencapture just beside each result.

  This extension offers us three links that can be very useful: Site Info (that shows us details by means of Alexa), the link Open in a New Window (so we don't have to press a combination of keys or the center key of our mouse) and the link to the Archive (that will take us to the Wayback Machine website, where we will see hundreds of captures on that same domain, but being able to choose when).

  Once activated, the extension shows a magnifying glass in the status bar, this can be deactivated, but it can come in very handy, because it is a direct access to the extension options.
